These Services are provided on an "as is" basis with no additional warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to Warranties of Title or Implied Warranties of Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use.
Neither Mountain Hotspot nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Internet Services shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Services, inability to use the Services, or our of any breach of warranty.
